FREE SHIPPING - [NORTH AMERICA ONLY]
If you have qualified for FREE SHIPPING, please note it is a default shipping method that is 9-14 business days within North America.
Please note: You are only able to use one promotion per order. For example, if you qualify for free shipping, you will not be able to combine with another discount code. [One promotion per order]
SHIPPING AND PROCRESSING TIME
Please allow 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING REATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATION
Shipping rate selection charges for your order will be displayed and charged at checkout. Shipping charged are calculated automatically from our shipping carriers (Canada Post & UPS) based on weight of your package. Shipping times are estimated only, and do not include processing time.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email which includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours and can be tracked by going to Canada Post Tracking at www.canadapost.ca or by calling 1.800.257.1177, or UPS Tracking at www.ups.com. Once and order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES.
Sadboys Apparel is not responsible for any Customs Duties and Tax Fees applied to your order. All Fees imposed after and during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. [Tariffs, taxes, etc.].
DAMAGED OR LOST PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING.
Sadboys Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We do our utmost to take every precaution when packaging to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
